In 2023, the world's #1 scanner brand Fujitsu went through acquisition and name change to Ricoh Document Scanners.  But this gave them an interesting challenge: how do you announce the new name, without losing any of the cred that comes with 40 years of immense success as Fujitsu?  
We developed a campaign called Business As Usual, playing into the joke that yeah, we really pulled out all the stops for something as inconsequential as a name change. Because everything you love about Fujitsu is still here. Nothing's changing but the name.
Our 360 campaign rolled out across web, social, digital, email, events, sales & distribution channels, podcast, and more. And no macaws were harmed during the filming of this production.
